How RFQHOSTING Works...

Step by Step

Step 1. Simply sign up; call us today or simply signup on the "Sign Up" page. Within 24 hours your site will be set up and you'll receive your login and password information.

Step 2. Log into your system and submit your company information.

Step 3. Enter all of the items that you wish to purchase through your turn-key system.

Step 4. Invite the vendors that you wish to participate in your turn-key system. Once your vendors have come to the site and created a login, simply visit the "Vendor List" to approve the vendors that you trust for access to the system.

Step 5. Create accounts for any additional purchase agents you wish to use the system, and give them access to create RFQ's (Requests for Quotes), new items and/or new categories of items.

Step 6. Generate a new RFQ. All of your approved vendors who sell the items you wish to purchase will be notified by email and fax and will be asked to submit their bid.

When the RFQ has expired, choose the best quote, and submit a purchase order. It's that easy.
